The hotel outline was made by Joachim Hauser and Professor Roland Dieterle, and is wanted to be made out of three sections: an area station, an interfacing train, and the underwater hotel. A self acclaimed 10 star hotel will be placed 66 feet underneath sea level inthe Persian Gulf. It will take an expected $300 million.
